We’re offering an exciting opportunity for motivated, self-starting individuals to join our network of independent Flexible Workspace Agents across the UK.
Working remotely and on your own schedule, you’ll play an active role in sourcing flexible workspace opportunities — identifying and introducing spaces to operators with existing demand already in place.
This is a fully self-employed, commission-driven position using the Evolution Flex platform. With no fixed hours and complete autonomy, the role is ideally suited to individuals who thrive on independence, enjoy building relationships, and are confident working in a self-driven environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing opportunities in the office market to identify potential flexible workspace centres across the UK
- Building relationships with workspace providers and operators
- Introducing and progressing new deal opportunities
- Working independently to generate and convert leads
What we’re looking for:
- Self-motivated, proactive individuals with a commercial mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Experience in office leasing, serviced offices, property sales or leasing or flexible workspace is advantageous but not essential
